I returned the car 1hr earlier but no refund!!

The service was extremely poor. We booked the truck for one day so we could move our belongings, but the brakes ended up malfunctioning during the trip. This put my family — including my newborn daughter — at serious risk. We had to stop immediately and call a tow truck, which caused us to lose an entire day. Very disappointing and unsafe experience.

We had brake pedal sinking in when pressed. Forgot to verify that truck should have 4x4.....nowadays with modern vehicles you don't even remember because every vehicle has 4x4. Realized too late it did not have 4x4. Baljinder was a gentleman willing to switch vehicles but the alternative Vehicle also did not have 4x4. Only Vehicle was not upto mark...Baljinder is a good man.
