Very easy and convenient rental, obliging host, comfy, plenty of space in the old RAM 1500, ideal for our week long trip. Had to get minor repair otherwise perfect.

Car was great for me and my family on our ski trip. We had a few hiccups, and the mediocre rating has to do with that. Truck was dropped off with less than half a tank, which is annoying for the additional stop and the guessing game once the trip is over to fill only halfway. We also had an issue with fee miscommunication, and the host was not helpful at all. Overall, the product was great but the experience and communication were subpar
Thank you for your feedback. However, we respectfully reject these comments, as you are aware of how the communication took place. The truck was clean, had no engine lights, and the tire pressure was checked. Additionally, the airport pickup instructions were not followed, which contributed to the issue. The best way to assess the situation is by reviewing our previous chat.
