Guest are welcome to park their personal vehicle on the street outside my complex during the rental however please note I am not responsible for any damage or issues that may arise.

Please be respectful of the vehicle and treat it as if it were your own. 1. Return car with same level of gas and cleanliness. When making a reservation please add the $25 “Extra” for a "Post-trip cleaning", otherwise a cleaning reimbursement will be applied through Turo once your trip has ended for light cleanings (does not include dirt road driving). Extensive cleaning will require additional reimbursement on a as needed bases. Off-road driving is strictly forbidden. 2. No pets/smoking/vaping/drugs/drinking in vehicle *This can equate to a $250.00 Turo fine* 3. No aggressive driving, racing, unnecessary hard braking, and offroading. Documentation of the tires and undercarriage are taken before each trip and excess use will be the guest responsibility. 4. Please pay attention to your trip’s mileage allowance. You’re welcome to use additional miles, but expect to pay Turo’s additional per-mile fee. 5.
