When I picked up the car, it had already exceeded the 1000-mile service limit, and they gave it to me without checking. Despite this, I warned them, and on the third day of my rental, they called me in to change the oil. It was ridiculous to have to deal with that. Even though I was supposed to return the car at 2:30 PM, I only left it at 11:00 AM, and when I asked them to drop me off at the airport, they demanded an extra $60. Both the car and the staff were terrible. Never choose this rental company again.
Hi Hasan, we’re sorry you feel this way. Airport delivery is not offered for this vehicle and was never included in your reservation. This is clearly stated in our Turo listing. The oil service reminder appeared during your trip based on the BMW maintenance system, and we scheduled it for Monday after the weekend. It was routine maintenance and did not affect the car’s safety. Our staff was courteous throughout your trip, including helping with your luggage.
