I was so grateful to be able to rent this Lexus for my week long trip in Alaska. I have 2 reasons why I cannot give 5 stars. The vehicle was left for me to pick up to start my trip with 19 psi in the driver rear tire and the windshield wipers were trashed. I repeatedly requested the wipers be replaced and it was never done, causing hazardous conditions when driving. I had to fill the tire 3 times during the week long rental. I would probably rent this vehicle again as long as I could confirm the wipers are new and the tires are in good condition and not leaking air before my scheduled pick up.

We stopped by to replace the windshield wiper. The Lexus requires a special clip that we did not have. As far as the tire goes, she reported it to me and I suggested to use roadside. She said that she filled it, and that it was OK. She never mentioned that there was an ongoing problem with it.

I will rent this vehicle again! Got an average of 28.6 mpg according to the car. Very comfortable! Far superior price to airport rentals of similar or lower quality. I will continue renting vehicles like this as long as the price makes sense compared to airport rentals! If you keep this vehicle on Turo, you will definitely see another reservation from me in the future!
