Gerald is absolutely a great host! Due to some flight changes, he was flexible with my early arrival and I was able to pick up my rental without a problem. It was evident that Gerald took pride in ensuring we have an absolutely clean rental. I appreciated the fact that Gerald too was responsive to messages in a timely manner. He also kept me updated regarding important information even after the duration of our rental. As it was my first time using the Turo app, Gerald provided very clear instructions. It also included additional taxi services that helped us get from the airport to the rental pick up.
Reliable, clean car- perfect for a quick trip to see some sights while in port! The pick-up and drop-off was fairly easy, and about a 15 min walk from the ship. GPS found it easily. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall great experience, would love to visit PEI again!
