The car was clean and functional, and communication with the owner was easy. Airport pickup was straightforward (but be aware that you'll have to pay at least $5 for parking). I wouldn't choose this model for a very long road trip though: Chevrolet Trax models don't have the best reputation for reliability (but to be clear: this car was working fine)
