Lori is a fantastic host. I was given proper instructions where and how to pick up the car from Airport parkade so there was literally no waiting or any delay which helped us a lot as we had kids. Car was squeaky clean in and out. Car is relatively new even though it has some miles on it. We had a trouble free smooth drive without any issues. Drop off was also pretty smooth and was in touch with Lori. I also have to mention this rental was cost effective considering how much more expensive SUV options are. Thank you Lori. Highly recommend this. Hope to rent soon on my next visit.
