Great trip, easy pickup and return, friendly communication

Car started shaking on highway after going on speed of 80 km/h. Car was not maintained.
Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention. I'm sorry if this caused any inconveniences. We recently switched to summer tires and I guess the tires must have been out of balance. We have already addressed and fix the issue.
