Seamless pickup and drop off. Great SUV with all the desired features. Handled great in the snow. Recommend changing the rear wiper blade. Would rent again.

We thought the car was bigger
This SUV is a 7-seater, so if you have 8 people along with all your luggage, it will naturally feel small. However, it wouldn’t be fair to say the SUV itself is too small, as it’s designed for 7 passengers. In this case, an 8-seater minivan would have been a more suitable choice for your group.
I have no issues with my vehicle maintenance.

Jay was a nice guy, the rental was easy and he handled any issues promptly. Would definitely rent from him again.
