We had a bit of a communication hiccup at the beginning of the rental, but Jake went above and beyond to make things right. He did everything in his power to rectify the situation, and then some. Really appreciated how he handled everything.
The car itself was exactly as described and absolutely spotless. Beautiful inside and out, extremely well cared for, and a great driving experience from start to finish.
Would absolutely rent from Jake again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great vehicle and a host who genuinely cares about the experience.
