I had a pathetic experience with the host and his car. Booked car 4 months in advance for almost 45 days and the car I received with full air conditioning down. On the top getting a solution from host for the situation wasted huge amount of my time and efforts. He sounds like a sweet guy operating multiple cars and act like that he does not know basic policies of Turo platform
We’re sorry your trip did not go as expected. As soon as the AC issue was reported, we immediately tried resolving it and discovered it was an electrical issue, not a simple recharge. We also offered the guest another vehicle to use while repairs were being handled, but the offer was declined. We always aim to communicate transparently and do our best to support guests whenever unexpected issues arise.
