In my previous review for Grey Honda CRV, the host mentioned that I was offered the car as replacement because of the faulty first car.
He first offered Toyota Sienna and mentioned that he has no idea how long the car will take to be fixed as I noticed that AC was not working in Black Honda CRV and there could be something more.
Then upon talking further with Turo and Host, that I need something that is driveable in a normal SUV,as I have booked for 45days. He gave me the Honda CRV Grey 2019, which was even worse. Car door locks not working, Car was sounding as if it will break the entire wheel section anytime. The steering was shaking continuously and the car alignment was so poor that it was swaying right left.
As because there were issues in the first car, and the host was not ready to provide replacement at all, Turo had to intervene and help us. The host was still reluctant to give this car and then had to after Turo asked.
However, both the Honda CRVs were faulty and the host was least ready to help. Even Turo team felt that the host provided misleading information which was confusing for them.
