Car was top of the line. We had an issue filling up the gas tank. Our host was immediately responsive. Good communication. Possibly he was already aware of this issue? Given how far we were traveling I would have loved to know about this sooner.

Thanks for the feedback Robin — and you're right, I should have mentioned it upfront. The Durango uses a capless fuel filler like most newer vehicles, and certain station nozzles trip the auto shutoff on them. Rotating the nozzle a quarter turn sorts it out, but that's information you should have had before a long drive, not halfway through one. It's now in the check-in instructions for every trip. Appreciated the good communication on your end too — hope to host you again.
