Car was waiting upon arrival. As described. GPS worked well. Drove great in snow. Hosts accommodating with different return plans. There is an additional fee for airport drop off which I knew before renting. Definitely worth the extra fee for the convenience of walking a hundred meters or less with the luggage cart. Easy to find, even at night. Long term parking was around 33 CAD or 25 USD. Would use again. Thank you.

Car was basically I good condition. Someone previously had an issue with the gas cover so it was dented. Maybe they didn’t know it opened from the inside! LoL
Car was parked, basically, as far away from the terminal as possible. Picking the car up in the dark makes it hard to review the condition of the car and take meaningful pictures of dents and scratches but you can upload the next morning other pictures. Still not the best idea. On a rainy night it’s no fun searching for a car at an airport that you have no idea where it is and with it being under construction it made it even more difficult to find behind all the fencing.
Having to pay for long term parking was a surprise I was not expecting as well as a $120.00 drop off fee for the airport. I could not see this last one until I paid for the car online. Maybe I didn’t read through everything properly.
Otherwise smooth sailing.
PS.: leave extra time for drop off. As soon as your expected drop off time is up and you have not logged in you face an immediate up charge for late return. No grace period.
Please figure out a better system for picking up a car than the long term parking lot.
Even walking across the highway would have been closer and free I imagine.
Hello Jeffery, we appreciate the review. The fact that the car was parked far away for your convenience isn’t in our control as the airport is under heavy construction and parking is very limited. Free shuttle service is available at the airport 24-7. Shuttle brings directly to the vehicle. Your arrival was hours later than booked, which was around midnight. The delivery fee for the airport is listed in our listing is the amount charged. You see the total that you are paying before trip booking
