The car was nice and the whole experience with picking up and leaving the car went very smoothly. The host was also very accommodating

The owner was 30 minutes late for the scheduled pickup time. Although I was refunded $70 for the delay, the only response I received was a simple “sorry.”
Then, while I was traveling, the car suddenly experienced engine trouble. I feel that the vehicle may not have been properly maintained by the owner.
The following issue was not related to the owner, but Turo’s customer service was extremely disappointing. After contacting Turo’s customer service about the tow truck, I was initially told that it would arrive within 1.5 hours. However, I ended up waiting for 6 hours before the tow truck finally arrived.
I was also told that a replacement vehicle would be arranged, but no replacement vehicle was provided. On top of that, Turo did not cover the bus or taxi fares I had to pay for alternative transportation.
This experience was extremely frustrating and completely disrupted my trip. Please be careful if you are considering using Turo.
Personally, I will never use Turo again.

Such an easy pick up and return and Natalia was super quick to respond.
The Tucson was a great drive, big sunroof was awesome and I really appreciated the well-placed phone mount. We had a great trip and would book this car again!
