I've given a number of 5 star ratings, but Rachel really goes the extra mile (or is it kilometer?). From the welcome brochure on the console to the absolutely impeccable appearance of the Bronco. Not a scratch or ding. It's been a while since I've had an absolutely perfect experience. Her directions to the vehicle were clear and made it very easy to find it, and returning to the airport was so simple. I can't rate this host highly enough, thank you so much!!!
