Pick up was smooth, car was great, comfortable for my family in our ski trip. Only issue was the windshield spontaneously cracking when I used the defrost feature to thaw out the windshield of the car while it was parked inside a safe and quiet community. I am unaware if this is a known issue on Model X given its windshield size.
The hosts of the car were very responsive on the app to every question I had, would recommend this host.
