John’s communication has been great, car is just exceptional and the whole process of pick up and drop off was smooth.
Highly recommended , especially if you’re staying around Vancouver downtown or Stanley park.

The host is impossible to deal with, do not recommend renting car with him. 🙄Especially, he ghosted us intentionally - did not pick up the calls and messages on purpose when we returned the car and we waited for him right at his apartment in the dark and cold for a long time 🙄. After we left, he also reported to turo that we damaged his windshield due to the small little rock chip, and attempted to claim us money. Yet, we have taken all the pictures and videos when we returned the vehicle to show and proof that we did not make any scratches or damages on his car with all the proof of the pictures. In regards of his rude and impolite acts, we have reported to Turo🙂. Please do not rent his car, unless you want to be humiliated, and do not let this host take your advantages.

She keep changing her return date/time, every time I have agree, except the last time, she wanted to return at midnight, which I was not available and I did NOT accept it(I have out message as proof), also she let her frd return the vehicle which was against Turo rule. I told her I am ok as long as she let Turo know. As for the damage either her or her frd damage it. I have full documentation(Turo has accepted it as well). Just as referenced she drove the car for over 4000km, which is fine.
