Car was clean and as advertised. Appreciated the winter tires and ski rack. Cindy was a great host and very communicative. We had an issue with low coolant level in engine a day into our trip so had to divert to sort that out. No manual in car but Cindy was responsive in tracking down a copy for us so we knew which type to buy.
