Thank you Yuvraj for the kind words about my customer service. Regarding battery range, as I have already explained to you all EVs experience reduced range in extreme sub-zero temperatures. This is completely normal battery chemistry, not specific to Tesla or a defect. As well I noticed that you frequently drove at speed of 140 KM/H, which would've further minimized range.
I'd encourage you to educate yourself on EV winter performance so you can better manage expectations for future trips 👍🏻
