Car was clean, pickup was easy, 10/10

Front and rear floor mats were missing in the car and the owner is trying to pin the blame on me for one of them. Front tires were extremely worn out (bald) and made highway driving extremely dangerous. Various warnings (tire pressure, oil change) popped up in the car during the 2 weeks I rented this car for. There is general negligence for maintenance by the host and would warn others against renting this car for long drives.
I’m sorry the trip did not meet expectations. The vehicle passed its Turo inspection one week prior and met all safety standards, supported by pre-trip photos and records. No oil,tire pressure, or tread issues were present at pickup,and no warning lights were active. The only message during the trip was a standard maintenance text after you drove 2,500 km. I accommodated early drop-off and pickup at no cost. The floor mat issue is under Turo review. I have 1.5 years positive hosting experience:)

Pick up and drop off were easy. Car was clean inside and out but there was an aggressive smoke odour inside. It stuck to my clothes and belongings
Car ran fine, could maybe use a tune up though. Faint rattling noise from underneath and the steering wheel was really tight but overall I got from A to B with no issues
