The driver door would not latch at all. It takes several random steps to ensure door closes and latches completely.

Sorry? The driver side door is completely fine, be it at start of your trip or even at the end as I checked out from your trip.
There was no mention of the door having issues at any times during your trip.
Again, the door is completely fine and without any issues.
For that matter, the guest left the car unattended (not even in a designated parking spot but in middle of the parking lot that may have halted the traffic) that could have let the parking company to tow away the car.

Pésimo service, le deje el carro tal cuál decía las intrucciones y antes de la hora de entrega y me habla una hora pasada para decirme que no lo encuentra, luego dice que ya lo vio y que el carro tenía unos rasguños lo cuál no era así porque el carro no sufrió de accidente o daños, me reporto el carro como si se hubiera entregado pasado el horario cosa que no fue así y ahora quiere cobrar adicional según el unos daños Que nunca tuvo el vehiculo, y adicional yo arrende el vehiculo con seguro de daño, y insisto ese carro no sufrió ningún tipo de daño.

The vehicle was not reported as a late return, despite being returned late, and was handled in line with the agreed process.
The scratches were documented and have been escalated to Turo, where each case is evaluated on its own merit. I’ll rely on their assessment for a fair resolution.
