Car worked great, no issues at all. Pickup and dropoff was simple and hassle free. Roman was easy to communicate with.

The rental started off a bit bumpy as it was a hot day and the AC was not working properly immediately. Roman was responsive and we worked through the issue. Outside of that the experience was positive.
