Car was excellent quality and a wonder to drive.
Unfortunately, car did not come with full gas tank on pick-up which was regrettable.
Additionally, communication and coordination with Yusuf was a spotty and haphazard on the day of the trip. It was hard to understand when/where check-in and check-out was supposed to operate.
Definitely would recommend, if Yusuf can coordinate a bit better with renters.

2 hours late for drop off, delivered with a quarter tank, slow to pick up after the trip, poor communication. But the car is relatively new and drove fine.

I informed you in advance that I would be late for the drop-off, and you responded, “It’s okay, no worries.” Based on that, I understood that the adjusted timing was acceptable. I’m sorry that you ultimately felt differently about the experience. I appreciate the feedback and will make sure communication and timing are even clearer going forward.
