Car was tidy and accesible for pick-up and return. Sachin was really nice and quick to answer messages.
Just two things I’d recommend to take into account if you are going to rent this car:
1. Backseat space is relatively small, so tall people might feel uncomfortable during longer trips.
2. Level 3 (fast) chargers are sparser outside the GTA, so plan ahead where/when to charge.

Hyundai Kona is a subcompact EV car better suited for urban use. Journeys to Montreal, Ottawa etc are not recommended but can be done, if need be. OnRoute rest stops have fast EV chargers. Note, pet hair from previous renter has now been removed.
