Car is great, however had a bad experience because the host wasn’t ready, had to call a couple of times send messages via Turo and to his personal number and after waiting half an hour in the cold, he arrived.
The car was covered in snow, cleaned fast and then he left, he was nice but didn’t have an explanation.

The car was great overall—ran smoothly, very comfortable, and had plenty of space in the back. The heater worked really well, which was important given the cold Toronto weather.
The only small inconvenience was a delay in receiving the access code, which meant waiting about 30 minutes in the cold. That said, support was responsive and answered questions quickly.
Pickup and return were smooth, no issues with the car, and I was very happy with the experience overall. Would definitely rent again.

The car was in good condition, but the pickup process could be improved. The host requires photos to be taken and sent before providing the access code. This wasn’t ideal in winter conditions I was left standing outside in -5°C for around 15 minutes waiting for the code
