The vehicle was recently serviced with new brakes, tires, and a wheel alignment, and I have never received similar complaints. Before your trip, I washed and vacuumed the car and informed you of a 25-minute delay. The vehicle was delivered clean inside and out. I made an exception for your two dogs, the car was returned dirty and covered with pet hair. I spent hours cleaning it for the next guest and did not charge a cleaning fee. this was a disappointing experience.
