The lady was very upset said there was dust in the car carpet and made us clean it. She was very hard to deal with. She wanted us to deep clean the car. She looked very much in distress. Insane. I have uploaded the photos on turo for review and contacted turo regarding this upsetting situation.
Promised to keep the car clean and brought it back very dirty, keep adding additional drivers up to 11 of them, very unresponsive, wouldn’t even know who did the car dirty. My wife told him only that the car is dirty and they started cleaning by themself and taking pictures after cleaning and sending them to Turo.
