AC was not working. Over 90f/33C during the day. Host asked me to bring the car to the dealership during my 4 days vacation. Turo got involved and I had to return the vehicle before they make any arrangements for the replacement car. Honestly a very bad experience, probably the last time I would use this service. The $200 you save in another country vacation doesn’t worth the hustle when you have a problem.

The Audi was delivered in perfect condition with a working A/C and under 4,000 km. Due to the high temperature in Toronto +35°C, I immediately offered to resolve the issue at the nearest Audi dealership under warranty at no cost to you. Unfortunately, you chose to return the car early instead. I also offered my personal car to Turo as an alternative. Guests satisfaction is serious for me, I always do my best. All reasonable steps were taken.
