It was a good experience driving the Q5 but I did run into a few problems as well. The drive felt a bit unsafe to me due to the fact that there’s something wrong with the suspension

The vehicle was fully maintained and safe to drive prior to your trip, with no reported or recorded suspension issues. After your trip, new damage was found on the front bumper and grille, which was not present before.

This was the best service i could ever ask for, needed an extra car for a few days and these guys dropped off and picked up from location, answered all of my questions and we the sweetest so i really appreciate it and this was a really satisfying first experience plus the car was beautiful and in perfect condition!
