Good car, no issues with the vehicle. However the host was nowhere to be found when we arrived for pickup. I messaged through the app, texted and called with no reply. Eventually he texted back and told us he'd be there "soon". We hung around waiting for another 20 minutes or so until he finally arrived to give us the keys, making us late for our event. I'd avoid renting from these hosts in the future just based on the headache with picking up the car and poor communication.
