I’m sorry to hear you noticed an unpleasant smell. I wasn’t aware of any issue with the vehicle prior to the trip, and the car was inspected and cleaned before it was handed over. I understand that smells can be subjective and that different people may notice them differently. That said, I appreciate you bringing it to my attention and I’ll check the vehicle again to make sure there isn’t an underlying issue.
