The host and co-host were very nice and welcoming. We got stuck in traffic in Vancouver and had to extend the drop off time and they were very accommodating and understanding about the situation. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made everything much less stressful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated their flexibility and kindness.
