Unfortunately, this rental did not meet expectations. The vehicle was not clean at pickup and had crumbs inside. While the host was responsive and kind, the proposed solutions were inconvenient and required us to go to his house.
The pickup process was also more involved than expected. Rather than accessing the vehicle independently, the host picked us up at airport arrivals and then parked the vehicle for us. The host also asked us to pick him up on our way to the airport, which felt unprofessional.
Overall, the experience was less convenient than advertised.

Great vehicle, Forester was good on fuel and easily handled trip up to a Cypress ski resort. Arex was responsive and flexible when I needed to extend my trip!
