Prompt and well organized host communicated very well and arrived to meet us at both pickup and drop off. All operated as it should mechanically and comfortable vehicle except no Bluetooth connection for phone and navigation system would not take input for any address to route locations without using a phone. Likely due to age of the vehicle but made navigation and trips without music somewhat tricky. Still a great value.
