The experience was a completely different from my last turo trip. First when I landed there was no instructions, I had to message and ask how we were suppose to get the car then quite rude with the texting. We did arrange a different pick up location but it was at an additional fee. Even tho I already paid a premium fee. Just a totally experience

A few hours before the trip was about to end, you requested a downtown drop-off. We did our best to accommodate this change, which you agreed to and were charged for.
