Phillip was responsive, helpful, and understanding throughout the cancellation process. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the trip because the vehicle developed an issue during the start of our rental. Phillip communicated well, was cooperative, and handled the situation professionally.

El auto parece bueno, aunque no se entrego limpio, lo tomamos el primer día en la ciudad y no paso nada, pero al siguiente día que salimos a carretera, en las subidas comenzo a hacer un ruido extraño que parecia proovenir de la transmision o de la flecha, notifique al dueño, y tuvimos que continuar adelante pero a baja velocidad y despues se empezo a escuchar eso incluso al girar las llantas en la parte trasera, por lo que tuvimos que hacer la devolucion anticipada, pues queriamos ir a un lugar mas lejano, pero no nos sentimos seguros para seguir utilizandolo, solo espero que me hagan la devolucion de lo que pague por todos los días que no utilice el auto, ya que nuestros planes de vacaciones se arruinaron por esto
