Nissan Rogue

The beginning of my trip went very well. Pick-up was very smooth and Dmitri was very reactive and helpful. I'd mainly rented the vehicle to get from St. John's to Bishop's Falls. The trip out was very smooth, but unfortunately the car wouldn't start for the trip back, despite everything we tried. Luckily I was with friends, so I was able to get back to St. John's in time for my flight back to Europe. Again, Dmitri was very helpful and understanding, and we arranged for him to pick up the vehicle in Bishop's Falls, as I couldn't get it back to St. John's and wouldn't have had time to wait for road-side assistance. It was a very stressfull end to my trip, but Dmitri was flexible and understanding.

Great experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Would definitely rent here again.

It was terrible experience. The car has smoke smell when I enter the car, AC didn’t work. I drove 5 days and found it’s difficult to control on highway. When I check the tires, I found the tires tread were close to 0. The tread in front left was actually 0. The is car is dangerous to drive. I force to replace the 4 tires on the road trip during to safety concern. The second issue is the air conditioner is not working. It’s hard to drive when it’s sunny since we can’t open the windows on the highway speed. So I have to return the car early in another city and rent another car for another one week for my trip. Hope this can help others to avoid this. Check the tire tread, check the AC before start the trip.
