We heard about Turo from a host we were renting from on our 16 day vacation in NFLD. I saved time comparing prices with car rental companies as Turo prices were so much better. Dealing with Karla was a pleasure; she picked us up right at arrivals and we did the paperwork at a nearby service center. We opted to have a cooler and she had put ice packs in for us! She also gave us tips and ideas that improved our vacation experience. Returning the car was again so quick and simple! Our Nissan Murano, while a few years old, was a great choice for us. We will certainly rent from Turo next time we travel and from Karla if we are in NFLD!

Karla reached out prior to our trip to explain the pick-up process, which was fantastic as this was our first time using Turo. Car was clean and in perfect condition, very comfortable to drive. It was the perfect size vehicle for the city, easily fit everyone and our luggage. Karla was a great help at drop-off and helped us get our luggage into the airport. We would definitely rent from Karla and Jeff again for our next trip!
