The car itself was nice. We had six adults, and it was a little tight for luggage and all of us especially in the far back seat. Four carry-on bags for behind the last seat. Choices for six were limited, and this was the best option.
When we landed at the airport at midnight, we still did not have directions for pickup. That made us a little nervous, but a phone call cleared things up.
The rear shocks were at the end of their life span, so it bottomed out easily and the rear bearings also needed work. Charles was delightful to talk to. He said he would be taking it to be fixed as soon as possible.
He waived the airport drop and pickup fee because of the trouble and because we let him drop us off at the airport.

Vehicle in good shape, On time, and even asked for different drop off and pick up locations after booking and he made it happen …. Wasn’t even going to charge me…. Top notch service ! Will use again on next trip for sure if available …
