Karla was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and made the entire rental experience easy and stress-free. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. I had a great experience renting this car. Karla was very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire rental. She even gave me a call to personally explain the instructions for finding the car at the airport, which made the pickup process very easy and stress-free.
