The quality was horrible vehicle was dirty floors had stains and dirt. The exterior had so much damage on it as well as dents. Was originally spose to have a different vehicle from them but they asked me to have this for 4 days waiting for the other vehicle that I originally booked. Never did get the other vehicle had this one for 4 days and way over priced it. If you can pls avoid this women and her husband.

This review doesn't reflect what happened. The vehicle she originally booked was damaged by a previous guest and unavailable. Rather than cancel, we sourced a replacement and cut our rate below standard pricing to accommodate her. Check-in photos clearly show the vehicle was clean, with none of the dents or damage described. She also misrepresented the rate she'd originally paid to secure the replacement at a much lower price. We chose not to pursue it. We stand by our vehicles and our records.
