This is the second time I rented this vehicle. Pick up is really convenient and easy. The host is very nice and responsive. No issues. Will rent again

Our three-day trip was ruined because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was blowing like a fan, and the temperature outside was a scorching 28 degrees Celsius. It’s simply unacceptable to rent a car without AC in such heat, but the car was clean, and abdul was responsive when we had questions.
I’m really sorry again that the AC issue affected your trip, especially in the heat. The issue has since been addressed and the system just needed a refrigerant top-up. I also sent over a discount for a future trip as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate your patience and the kind words about the cleanliness of the car and communication throughout the rental. Hope to host you again in the future and provide you with a much better experience.

Abdul’s RAV4 is a great car, well maintained and fun to drive. The pick-up and drop-off were smooth and easy. The car was clean and tidy, and Abdul was a great host with excellent communication, always available.

Everything was fine during the trip, except one headlight wasn't working and the front windshield wipers weren't working very well.
