This is the second time I rented this vehicle. Pick up is really convenient and easy. The host is very nice and responsive. No issues. Will rent again

Our three-day trip was ruined because the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. It was blowing like a fan, and the temperature outside was a scorching 28 degrees Celsius. It’s simply unacceptable to rent a car without AC in such heat, but the car was clean, and abdul was responsive when we had questions.

I’m really sorry again that the AC issue affected your trip, especially in the heat. The issue has since been addressed and the system just needed a refrigerant top-up.
