At pickup, we were told “the A/C is not too strong.” No other options offered at the last minute. Found there was no A/C at all. OK in winter, not so much in summer. The listing should reflect the reality. Otherwise the vehicle was fine.

We double-checked it ourselves before handing the car back out to guests. The Kia Sorento remains clean, well-maintained, and drives great overall.
