Very disappointing and unsafe experience.
The car we were given had malfunctioning lights — only the daytime lights were working. Because of this, driving at night in snowy conditions was extremely dangerous. What should have been a normal trip took us 5 hours to reach our destination, and we had to inform our host of the situation immediately.
The host suggested bringing a replacement car from 2 hours away, which would have required us to wait more than 2 hours at a gas station, late at night, with my child in the back seat. This was not an acceptable solution.
On top of that, the host arrived 1 hour and 40 minutes late for the drop-off, forcing us to leave much later than planned.
Overall, this was a stressful, unsafe, and very poorly managed experience. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this rental.

It was a great experience driving Abishek’s vehicle. The car was stable did not give us any problems in long routes and even in the snow.
