The car was full of hairs all over when I received it. Drivingwise the car is good but I would give a 0 for cleanliness. Some spots were dusty as well. Also, there were a lot of the owner’s belongings that were just left inside carelessly.
Unfortunately, this guest caused damage to my vehicle’s rim and left a strong smell of marijuana in the car. When presented with the cleaning fee, they refused to take responsibility. I take great care of my vehicle and strive to provide a clean, safe, and respectful experience for every renter. I would NEVER rent to this individual again!
