The owner was communicative. However; the car was shutting down due to overheat. I had to swap the car half way through the trip with another car from the same renter. I had to change my trip plans to swap the car. At one point the owner asked me if I can take the car to Mazda dealer which in my opinion is absurd! It was already inconvenient for me to change my plans to swap the car mid vacation!
I do apologize for the inconvenience!
Obviously overheating problem from a 3 year old vehicle is completely unexpected. The issue is now addressed by Mazda with the car's warranty.
I hope you have better experience in your future Rentals!
