Dan was awesome to communicate with and very accomodating. Our flight got in earlier than scheduled (on an already early morning arrival) and this was no issue for Dan. Car was great for our road trip across the Rockies.

I scheduled the car at 4:30pm, he didn’t arrive to me until almost 5:30pm. Waited for him outside in the cold with my crying and hungry baby and mom. No apology nothing. Car was ok.
