Franck is a very kind guy, no stress, all are easy with him. I asked to have the car close to the hôtel, in accordance with the limits of his delivering distance. He was earlier than asked, it was perfect. He is a very professionnel guy, no hurry with the time. He deserved all Stars without hésitation.
The car is perfect, clean beautiful, enought option to cruise on Canadian's roads peacefully.

Frank was an excellent host! Clear communication, very flexible and accommodating, and super polite. The vehicle was clean, low miles, felt very safe, and had amazing fuel efficiency. I wouldn't think twice about renting any of Frank's vehicles for my future needs.
